What we collect
When you order: your name, email, telephone, delivery address and any note you add, together with what you bought and what you paid. When you create an account: your name, email and a password, which we store only in scrambled (hashed) form. We never see or store your card details: payments are handled entirely by our payment provider.
Why we use it
To deliver your order and keep you informed about it (performance of a contract); to keep the records that tax and accounting law requires (legal obligation); and to keep the shop and your account secure (legitimate interest). We do not send marketing emails, and we do not sell or rent your data.
Who receives it
Only the services we need to run the shop: our hosting provider, Amazon Web Services (servers in Frankfurt, in the EU), which also delivers our emails; our payment provider, Stripe, for card payments; and the courier who brings your order. Each processes the data only for that purpose.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires (currently six years in Cyprus). Your account stays until you ask us to delete it; your order records then remain only for that legal period.
Your rights
You can ask to see the data we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, to receive a copy of it, or object to how we use it. Write to us at the email at the top of this page and we will answer within one month. You can also complain to the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection in Cyprus (www.dataprotection.gov.cy).
Cookies
This website uses only cookies that are strictly necessary for it to work: one that keeps you signed in to your account, and one that tells the page you are signed in. Your bag and your preferences are kept in your own browser, not on our servers. We use no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, so we do not ask for consent. When you pay, our payment provider may set its own cookies to prevent fraud.
Changes
If we change this policy we will publish the new version on this page, with its date.
